TRANSFER
Your transfer begins with refreshments of water and non-alcoholic drinks once you reach the vehicle, guided by our team at the airport. All our vehicles meet international standards in terms of brand and models. Our professionally trained drivers ensure your safety. Additionally all vehicles are GPS tracked.

HOTEL GUIDE

To ensure a smooth vacation, our hotel guides, who speak your language, will be available at the hotel’s information area during the info session provided at the airport. They are here to help with any issues you may have with the hotel or any concerns during your stay. We would also like to remind you that you can ask the hotel guide for information about local tours to make your vacation more enjoyable.

You can share any of your needs with our multilingual guest relations call center, available 24/7. If you encounter any issues, we will provide immediate solutions and direct your guide to assist you further if needed.

RETURN PLANNING

As your wonderful vacation comes to an end, it's time to plan your return. If you're wondering how and when we will pick you up, we have three different ways to inform you of your pick-up time.

1. You can check the info boards at the hotel or ask the reception. We communicate your pick-up times to the hotel receptions one day in advance.
2. You can scan the QR code on the info cards we provided upon arrival, enter your name, surname, or voucher number to track your pick-up time. This method also allows you to track your vehicle.
3. Alternatively, you can contact our call center or your guide via WhatsApp or Telegram to find out your departure time

We arrange your return transfer to the airport for 2 to 3 hours before your flight.
